Order Despatch – Orders placed before 15:00pm will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday (not weekends or Bank Holidays – as per Royal Mail services).

All orders will be posted out to you using the Royal Mail CRL48 system, as standard. Unfortunately, once handed over to Royal Mail, we lose control of your purchases. Overall, Royal Mail provide an excellent service, but, as always in life, there is the occasional hiccup. Whilst they say 48hour delivery, there has been occasion where there have been delays, so please bear with them. There have also been many occasions where items have arrived next day, but that is not a constant. Please try to order well in advance (especially on the run up to any holidays) as it is frustrating to us as well as you when items don’t arrive on time.

PLEASE – If you need your item urgently, select the next day/first class option when paying/checking out for the item. This will flag up on the system and should not be missed. Sending a message requesting upgraded postage, can be missed and even if spotted, takes time to respond to you to collect payment for the service.

Delivery Address: We do everything possible to ensure your item is sent to the requested address. Please ensure that you state the correct address before you buy the goods.

RETURNS

Faulty Goods

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt; please contact us through the email system.

Non-Faulty Goods

We accept the return of goods that were incorrectly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

As all our items are food grade quality, any items that have been opened cannot be resold and therefore non-returnable. Therefore, please ensure that you read the description carefully before purchase. If in doubt, please contact Cupcakeaddicts and we will endeavour to answer all your queries, before you order.

Goods received back complete, unused and within the acceptable return time will be refunded back excluding the original cost of delivery.

We will not refund the postage under any circumstances.
